Action grants to support the European quality assurance schemes

In preparation for the future roll-out of the European Commission Initiatives on Breast and Colorectal Cancer (ECIBC and ECICC) in real settings across Europe, the Commission has opened a call for action grants to support the certification process of cancer screening programmes.

In line with ECIBC and ECICC, the activities funded will include the organisation, implementation and running of accredited certification activities that make use of the European guidelines and quality assurance scheme for breast (subject to this call), and subsequently for colorectal and cervical cancer screening, diagnosis and care.
