Updated recommendations

Following the latest virtual Guidelines Development Group meetings, four updated recommendations have been issued on the use of digital breast tomosynthesis for early detection of breast cancer in women of average risk and women with high mammographic breast density. As part of the new European Commission Initiatives on Colorectal and Cervical Cancer, and to support future updates of ECIBC, the JRC is going to publish a new call for tender for the systematic and/or bibliographic review services regarding the evidence-based recommendations, quality requirements and indicators. To timely inform the market, a prior information notice of the call has been published on the EU Institutions’ eProcurement platform while the call for tender is expected to be published by the end of November.
